Lorens is the driving force behind Shadow Phantom’s vision, rethinking how security works across cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments. Before founding Shadow Phantom, he built his experience at leading technology companies including UNIT4, SAP, Zscaler and BMC Software. Across these roles, he helped global enterprises modernize their IT landscapes, strengthen cybersecurity postures and adopt intelligent automation at scale. Combining strong business insight with a deep understanding of technology, Lorens leads Shadow Phantom’s direction across product, growth and go-to-market execution. His mission is to make security invisible yet unstoppable, powered by AI, built for developers and trusted by enterprises worldwide.

Doniyor Tokhirov

Co-Founder

Doniyor is the driving technical force behind Shadow Phantom. With deep expertise in backend engineering, distributed systems and scalable architectures, he turns ambitious ideas into reliable, production-ready technology. Before Shadow Phantom, he built and delivered complex cloud systems and architectures known for their performance and precision. At Shadow Phantom, Doniyor leads the technical vision and execution, from designing the platform architecture to developing our AI-powered remediation engine. His leadership ensures that every line of code is secure, robust and built to scale, keeping our technology far ahead of the curve.

Pu Shi

Co-Founder

Pu is a true builder at heart. Before co-founding Shadow Phantom, he worked at Google and Amazon, where he mastered building large-scale, high-performance systems and cloud infrastructure. He combines deep technical expertise with the fast-paced mindset of a startup. At Shadow Phantom, Pu leads the development of our core platform. Designing backend services, building integrations and ensuring everything runs securely, reliably and at scale. His mix of world-class engineering and hands-on execution is what keeps our mission moving forward.

Hani Zeid

Co-Founder

Hani is an engineer with a deep curiosity for how AI and security intersect. He is driving the integration of AI, machine learning and deep learning across the platform. With a strong background in software engineering, cybersecurity and DevSecOps, he brings hands-on expertise in Python, C/C++, Linux systems and cloud security. Hani is passionate about advancing intelligent, real-time security solutions that empower developers and strengthen Shadow Phantom’s AI-driven foundation.

Lahiru Gunawardhana

Co-Founder

Lahiru brings precision and clarity to every line of code he writes, reflecting the mindset of a builder who transforms complexity into simplicity. Before co-founding Shadow Phantom, he built his experience across multiple domains including backend development, cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation. His technical expertise spans AWS, Azure and containerized architectures, enabling him to design solutions that are both robust and efficient. At Shadow Phantom, Lahiru shapes the foundation of the core platform, ensuring every component is secure by design, resilient under pressure, optimized for performance and built to scale with confidence.
