The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Brand Experience to elevate Shadow Phantom’s creative and emotional impact, shaping how the world experiences our story, our technology and our mission.

Mission

• Transform Shadow Phantom from a high-potential cybersecurity company into an iconic movement that inspires trust, intelligence and invisible protection
• Strengthen the external brand (awareness, credibility, emotional connection) and internal brand (alignment, purpose, shared voice)

What You Will Do

• Lead the creative strategy across video, design, storytelling and brand experience
• Create cinematic, emotionally powerful videos that bring our vision and technology to life
• Drive social storytelling across LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels to grow awareness
• Evolve and scale our brand system (motion, typography, color, tone, sound)
• Translate complex product ideas into simple, inspiring narratives alongside engineering and product teams
• Design launch moments and marketing campaigns that make each release an event
• Build a repeatable storytelling engine for social, founder content and community engagement
• Measure engagement, sentiment and reach to continuously refine direction
• Represent Shadow Phantom in major design, startup and creative competitions

What You Bring

• Proven experience in brand storytelling, creative direction or experience design (preferably in tech, AI or cybersecurity)
• Expertise in video production, motion graphics or visual storytelling
• Deep understanding of social media narratives and growth mechanics (LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
• Strong aesthetic judgment with a cinematic eye for pacing, composition and emotion
• Collaborative mindset with founders and engineers; thrives in a creative, high-energy team
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Runway, Pika or similar tools
