Advisor Advisory Board Equity-Based (Advisory; Pre-Seed → Series A) Remote
Join Shadow Phantom as a Cloud Advisor to demonstrate deep technical authority across cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, scalability and hybrid architectures. Help guide our platform’s architecture, deployment model and operational excellence across AWS, Azure, GCP and on-prem environments.
Impact
- Validate and improve cloud architecture and scalability for multi-tenant security workloads.
- Advise on DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and hybrid/on-prem deployments.
- Support integration, cost optimization and compliance alignment across clouds.
Profile
- Senior cloud or platform architect with strong experience in AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform, Pulumi) and security automation.
- Prior startup or enterprise advisory experience in SaaS infrastructure preferred.
Engagement
- 4–6 hours per week (flexible around development milestones and audits).
- Fully remote, global participation.
Compensation & Vesting
- Equity advisory grant; 48-month vesting with 12-month cliff, monthly thereafter.
- Vesting continues while active; renewal post-funding subject to performance and scope.
Governance Path
- Board seat or non-voting observer role possible post-financing, based on milestones and governance needs.

Qualifications
Required
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in the field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with modern tools and technologies relevant to the role
Preferred
- Advanced certifications in relevant technologies
- Experience in a similar role within the cybersecurity industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
